• You must have to call at 911 services first to get the immediate assistance.

• You also approach the local policy to aware about your accident. If your injury is not major one you must not left the location. You give information about the event to the local police.

• You will call the medical emergency and get the primary treatment immediately.

• The emergency treatment record will make your claim process gets fast. You must keep all the record and bills of your medical treatment.

• You must provide proper details about the event to the local police office. You must be co-operative with the law.

• If you are in good condition and you have camera you must take the photograph of the accident in different angle. It is one of the proof which are useful for claim.

• You must have to collect the data from the other people present at the event, which are going to be your witness. Normally witnesses are not present for longer time. You must have to collect the information of driver like driver name, address, telephone number, driver's license details, insurance policy details etc.

• You must take the record of the events properly.

You must carry all your personal details like driving license, motorcycle details, Social Security Number and other documents to show up to the police for authenticity.
